Description
Aspire unsewn slim can cooler is made of 3mm-thick neoprene. The length of an unsewn slim can cooler sleeve is 12-3/4 inch (32.5 cm) and the width is 3-5/8 inch (9.2 cm). After sewing, the can cooler sleeves are suitable for 12 ounce slim cans or similar sized bottles.
Neoprene is suitable for DIY projects. You can sublimate to the fabric edge. There is no more transfer gaps at the seam.
You can press your favorite patterns, logos or any other patterns on it with heat transfer, sublimation, screen printing, embroidery and so on. You can also sew some sequins or non-woven fabric on it. Decorate your own can cooler sleeves with your imagination. We also provide customization for you.
Aspire slim can cooler sleeves need to be sewn after you press your designs on them. You can sew the can cooler sleeves with zigzag stitch by hand or zigzag stitch machine.
How to do a zigzag stitch by hand? (The following steps are for the cup sleeves to be placed horizontally.)
1. Poke through one of the corners of the can cooler sleeve to the front of the fabric.
2. Align the side of the can cooler sleeve and stitch a vertical line.
3. Insert the needle to the starting point and pull the needle and thread through from back to front.
4. Move the stitch diagonally across and insert the needle at the point lying even with the point in the second step.
5. Insert the needle through the fabric from the back to the front at a point lying even with the point in the first step and vertically beneath the point in the fourth step.
6. Repeat the stitch down the length of the cup sleeve.
7. Overlap the end of the point.
8. Cross over the last diagonal stitch.
9. Insert the needle through the fabric to the front at the point vertically beneath the point in the last step.
10. Repeat the stitch back down to the length of the cup sleeve.
11. Knot the stitch in the back.
12. Another side is sewn by the same way.
